I’m an executive coach and facilitator. I help leaders and teams clarify their goals, navigate tough transitions, and grow into their most powerful and authentic leadership.

I’m also someone who’s always been drawn to the spiritual and the unseen—the wisdom and guidance that connect us to something larger. For me, that looks like being “spiritual but not religious,” and honoring the practices that help me feel more connected to divine presence and purpose.
